For security, we contact each seller personally before approving their first listing to ensure authenticity. Sellers found to be dishonest or fraudulent will be permanently banned.

4. Buyer & Seller Relationship

• All transactions are made directly between buyer and seller.

• We encourage face-to-face inspection and confirmation before payment.

• We are not responsible for verifying the gemstones beyond basic listing moderation.

5. Platform Responsibility

• GemCey.lk acts solely as a coordinator to enable secure communication and discovery.

• We do not take responsibility for the quality, authenticity, or delivery of items.

• We do not handle payments, nor are we involved in the transfer of goods.

6. Dispute Resolution

GemCey.lk does not mediate disputes. However, we may suspend or ban users found to be acting dishonestly or violating our terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, listings, and design elements, is the property of GemCey.lk and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
